We’re seeking a full-time Floral Shop Manager with strong leadership skills, a knack for organization, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This hands‑on role involves overseeing all aspects of shop operations, from managing daily tasks to guiding the team and ensuring high-quality production. • Overseeing daily shop operations, production, and floral order fulfillment.
• Managing delivery scheduling and logistics.
• Leading, training, and supporting employees.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and addressing customer concerns.
• Communicating with vendors, growers, and suppliers.
• Assisting with inventory control and ordering.
• Collaborating with ownership on business goals.
• Assisting with floral design and bouquet creation as needed.

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Confidence in leading a team and making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• A love for working with customers and building relationships.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Floral design experience (helpful but not required— we’re willing to train the right person!).
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the business.
• A clean driver record and the ability to pass a background check.

• Starting salary: $42,000 per year.
• Two weeks of paid vacation.
