Position OverviewWe’re seeking a full-time Floral Shop Manager with strong leadership skills, a knack for organization, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This hands‑on role involves overseeing all aspects of shop operations, from managing daily tasks to guiding the team and ensuring high-quality production. Key Responsibilities- Overseeing daily shop operations, production, and floral order fulfillment.
- Managing delivery scheduling and logistics.
- Leading, training, and supporting employees.
- Creating and managing staff schedules.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and addressing customer concerns.
- Communicating with vendors, growers, and suppliers.
- Assisting with inventory control and ordering.
- Collaborating with ownership on business goals.
- Assisting with floral design and bouquet creation as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Confidence in leading a team and making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- A love for working with customers and building relationships.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Floral design experience (helpful but not required— we’re willing to train the right person!).
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the business.
- A clean driver record and the ability to pass a background check.
- Starting salary: $42,000 per year.
- Two weeks of paid vacation.
