Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Supply Support Programs Manager 2. This position is located in Roy, UT

As the Supply Support Lead, the selected candidate will support the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Program Manager in the identification, planning, resourcing, and implementing of management actions to perform provisioning, Item Unique Identification & Serialization (IUID), and spares recommendations/procurement for Sentinel.
The Supply Support Lead Is Responsible For- Influencing product design for supportability; evaluating engineering data in support of provisioning
- Assisting government customer in refining their supply support requirements; will conduct Provisioning Guidance Conferences with the customer
- Ensuring program compliance with all applicable government regulations and instructions
- Establishing and maintaining Supply Support plans and processes, to include a program-wide IUID plan
- Planning for the eventual deployment and sustainment of the Sentinel weapon system; recommend spares levels to customer
- Delivering Supply Support products and services to sustain system operational readiness
- Briefing program leadership and customers on all Supply Support aspects of the program
- Managing Supply Support program Cost, Schedule and Technical performance and the reporting of Earned Value Metrics
- Respond to government RFIs and RFPs and participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes
- Establish and execute to program Milestones and award fee criteria; procure flight test spares for program
- Direct the work of the employees assigned to Supply Support

This position s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years of related experience; OR at least 6 Years of relevant experience with a master s degree or in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience
- At least 6 years of experience in related Product Support functional areas
- Experience with DoD provisioning requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need
- Master of Science Degree in a field related to Program Management or Logistics disciplines
- Current or ability to gain Top Secret DoD Clearance
- Experience with LSA/data developed in accordance with GEIA-STD-0007
- Experience with NG software tools (SAP, DoD, Eagle, Reliasoft and practices)
