Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst – Level 2

Location:

Roy, UT. Supports the Sentinel (GBSD) Program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division, which provides Air Force sustainment, development, production and deployment of ICBM launch systems and infrastructure.

• Setup, monitor, and control program costs and schedules.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts remain within negotiated parameters.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Incorporate contract changes into control systems.
• Estimate and forecast completion activities.
• Perform miscellaneous financial analysis as required.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related fields;
  Master’s degree with 1 year of experience; or 6 years with a high‑school diploma (or equivalent) may be considered.
• U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with an ERP tool, business intelligence and analytics tool, project management and planning tool, and/or collaboration and integration tools.

• Active DoD Secret level security clearance.
• Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis, or Program Scheduling.
• Aerospace/Defense industry experience.
• Experience with material cost management.
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Experience working in Deltek Cobra.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Standard work schedule: 9/80 (nine‑hour days Monday–Thursday, every other Friday off). Relocation assistance may be available.

Salary Range: $65,500 – $98,300 (subject to qualifications, experience and market factors).
