Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst – Level 2
Location:
Roy, UT. Supports the Sentinel (GBSD) Program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division, which provides Air Force sustainment, development, production and deployment of ICBM launch systems and infrastructure.
- Setup, monitor, and control program costs and schedules.
- Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts remain within negotiated parameters.
- Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
- Incorporate contract changes into control systems.
- Estimate and forecast completion activities.
- Perform miscellaneous financial analysis as required.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Aerospace and Defense, or related fields;
Master’s degree with 1 year of experience; or 6 years with a high‑school diploma (or equivalent) may be considered. - U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with an ERP tool, business intelligence and analytics tool, project management and planning tool, and/or collaboration and integration tools.
- Active DoD Secret level security clearance.
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis, or Program Scheduling.
- Aerospace/Defense industry experience.
- Experience with material cost management.
- Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- Experience working in Deltek Cobra.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Standard work schedule: 9/80 (nine‑hour days Monday–Thursday, every other Friday off). Relocation assistance may be available.
Salary Range: $65,500 – $98,300 (subject to qualifications, experience and market factors).
