Part Time Pay Rate: $23.62 / Hour Job Schedule
- Thursday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
- Saturday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Help maintain access control by verifying identification and authorization, supporting badge and key control processes, and directing visitors to the appropriate check‑in requirements.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating notifications and actions per post orders.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards and maintenance concerns.
- Complete accurate shift documentation, including incident reports and daily activity logs, and communicate security‑related information to site contacts and incoming personnel.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
