A Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Roy, UT is needed to serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. In this part‑time role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.62 / Hour

• Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, documenting observations and communicating relevant details according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, production areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as directed, and support compliance with location policies and restricted‑area requirements.
• Assist with incident reporting, relay information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel, and support day‑to‑day security‑related operations based on post instructions.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
