Maintenance Mechanic / Industrial Electrician
Ogden, UT area
Day Shift | Monday-Thursday + Every Other Friday
Adecco Search is partnering with a stable manufacturing company in the Ogden, Utah area on a Maintenance Mechanic / Industrial Electrician opening.
If you have strong industrial maintenance / electrical troubleshooting experience and hold an active Utah Journeyman Electrician Card
, this is worth a look.
- Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Every other Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
This is a solid opportunity for someone looking for a consistent day shift schedule in a manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues on production equipment and facility machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Support repairs involving industrial equipment, controls, plumbing, welding/fabrication, and general facility maintenance
- Help improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall maintenance processes
- Active Utah Journeyman Electrician Card required
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong background in industrial electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, controls, and facility / production equipment maintenance
- Ability to read electrical schematics, prints, and blueprints
- Basic PLC knowledge is a plus
- On-call rotation with the maintenance team
- Occasional extra hours as needed to complete repairs and return equipment to service
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
