Supports the Sentinel program as part of the Integration and Test organization. Responsible for software development and associated tasks.
Responsibilities- Design and define system architecture for new or existing software products.
- Develop software in an agile development environment.
- Design automated test procedures for test execution teams.
- Work with the lead test engineer and a team of developers to establish and develop automated tools.
- Develop software test plans and procedures for team software products.

This position follows a 9/80 standard work schedule.
Basic Qualifications- Software Engineer: 2 years experience with Bachelor’s in related field, 0 Masters, 0 PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of degree.
- Principal Software Engineer: 5 years experience with Bachelor’s in related field, 3 Masters, 1 PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of degree.
- U.S. Citizenship with active DoD Secret clearance and reinvestigation within last 6 years.
- Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
- Experience with Agile and working in a cross‑function Scrum team.
- Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence.
- Working knowledge of Object‑Oriented Analysis and Design Principles.
- Experience programming in object‑oriented languages (C++, Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) languages (SysML/UML) and concepts.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiar with Software Development Plans.
- Familiar with Software Engineering best practices.
- Demonstrated excellent technical leadership, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM.
- Proficient with DOORS and Cameo for system requirements.
- Ability to evaluate risks and tradeoffs and present solution options to management.
- Experience with UI design and development, or interpreting complex algorithms and requirements for implementation.
- Familiar with Systems Engineering processes.
- Ability to provide and implement solutions to advanced problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
- Capability to work independently, determine and develop technical objectives, and present work for high‑level review.
Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 – $
Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 – $
Base salary offers may vary based on scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
Eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and, for certain positions, long‑term incentives.
