Senior Landscape Builder

As our projects continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Landscape Builder to join the team and help deliver bespoke, high-quality gardens across Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and wants to be part of creating exceptional outdoor spaces.

We’re not simply looking for an extra pair of hands. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, work independently, and consistently deliver to a high standard without the need for constant supervision.

• Groundworks and drainage
• Natural stone and porcelain paving
• Timber structures and fencing
• Setting out from drawings
• General hard landscaping and site operations

• Is trustworthy and dependable
• Takes pride in doing things properly, even when nobody is watching
• Shares our commitment to quality and craftsmanship
• Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues
• Wants to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibility over time
