MET Technician

Location: Stoneleigh

We are seeking a skilled MET Technician for a full-time, permanent position within a reputable crash repair workshop in Epsom, Surrey. This is an excellent MET Technician opportunity for experienced individuals to join a well-established, family-run business that values quality workmanship and teamwork.

Duties:

Dismantling and refitting mechanical and electrical components on accident-damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Conducting fault-finding and diagnostic checks where necessary
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards
Collaborating with the workshop team to meet productivity targets
Maintaining high-quality repair standards to uphold the company’s reputation

Requirements:

Recognised apprenticeship as an MET Technician / Fitter preferred; experienced individuals without formal qualifications considered
Previous experience in a busy bodyshop environment is highly desirable
Strong team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
ATA accreditation is advantageous, but full training and qualifications can be provided
Vehicle Technicians seeking to specialise in MET roles within crash repair are encouraged to apply
