Retirement Plan Specialist

At Hoover Private Wealth
, we're an RIA that works with families and business owners. We're looking to hire a service advisor to work with our retirement plan clients. They are primarily 401(k) plans, but we do have a few defined benefit plans as well. You will work directly with the business owners and HR teams to deliver our advisory services. We would prefer a licensed professional and would welcome any clients you may want to bring with you.

Service, rather than sales, is the primary focus of this position.

• Prepare participant reports for annual reviews and special requests
• Prepare materials for participant education and investment committee meetings
• Assist with recordkeeper and platform benchmarking for clients and prospects
• Lead the onboarding of new retirement plan client

• Support participant rollover transactions and account setup
• Respond to participant and client phone and email inquiries
• Process account changes and maintenance request

• Reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time
• Client inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally
• CRM records are maintained accurately and consistent
• Active participation in team initiatives and continuous improvement effort
• Consistent demonstration of professionalism, accountability, and company core values.
