Henry Ford Optim Eyes, part of Henry Ford Health's Community Care Services, is dedicated to expanding access to essential health resources and services. Our team focuses on meeting patients where they are, providing care coordination, home health care, and hospice services. We are committed to making a meaningful impact across diverse populations, ensuring that every individual receives the support and care they need to thrive.
Role Overview
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional assistance. You will play a crucial role in resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and coordinating services, contributing to a seamless and positive patient experience.

What You Will Do
- Greet and direct patients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
- Investigate and resolve patient inquiries concerning merchandise, services, and billing, both in person and over the phone.
- Accurately complete and record sales transactions in the HFO Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate closely with all HFO departments to coordinate patient services.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Ability to demonstrate effective organization skills and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Completion of all training courses as directed by Henry Ford Optim Eyes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous optical experience.
