This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Broker based in Royal Oak, MI. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for evaluating clients' financial information, presenting suitable mortgage options, and guiding clients through the borrowing process. Other responsibilities include assisting with debt consolidation needs, providing brokerage services, and contributing to mortgage marketing strategies to attract potential clients. Additionally, the Mortgage Broker will build strong relationships with clients and lenders to secure optimal mortgage products.

• Experience or knowledge in Mortgage Brokerage, including assessing client needs and navigating loan options
• Skills in Debt Consolidation, Finance, and identifying opportunities to optimize loan structures
• Background in Mortgage Marketing and Brokerage operations to attract and retain clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with clients and lenders
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Relevant licensing or willingness to obtain a mortgage broker license is preferred
• Familiarity with Royal Oak, MI real estate and mortgage market is an added advantage
