Luxe Grooming Lounge is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking a dedicated Barber or Stylist committed to building a long-term career in a premium men’s grooming environment.

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, beard trims, and hot towel/shave services
• Conduct thorough client consultations and educate clients on retail products
• Maintain a 30-minute haircut cadence while delivering an elevated experience
• Focus on client retention, rebooking, and maintaining a clean workstation

• Active Michigan Barber or Cosmetology License (Required)
• Experience in men’s grooming
• Reliable, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Established client base is a plus, but motivated book-builders are welcome
