We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Bridges to Success program. Bridges serves teens and young adults, with a focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), pre-vocational and vocational skills, community integration, and increased independence.

Job SummaryThe Behavior Analyst provides behavior analytic services within Judson Center’s Applied Behavior Analysis program. This includes function analysis and assessment, developing treatment and behavior plans, staff supervision and training, parent training, and clinical supervision for BCBA candidates.
Responsibilities- Perform function analysis and assessments; develop and implement treatment and behavior plans.
- Provide staff supervision and training; conduct parent training.
- Provide clinical supervision for BCBA candidates.
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure fidelity through training and feedback to direct care staff.
- Supervise up to 2 BCBA candidates after a minimum of 1 year of employment, in accordance with Behavior Analysis Certification Board standards.
- Train and supervise staff involved in ABA services.
- Master’s Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- State of Michigan Licensed BCBA.
- Compensation: $50/hour for every hour billed over 28 hours per week.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Working knowledge of behavior assessments and interventions for individuals with ASD.
- Ability to develop programs for children and teenagers at various developmental levels.
- Provide a minimum of 200 hours of direct service and supervision for ABA cases, including assessments, treatment planning, ongoing re-assessment, parent training, and staff supervision.
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans and provide initial and ongoing training and feedback to direct care staff to ensure fidelity of treatment.
- Supervise up to 2 BCBA candidates after minimum of 1 year of employment.
