The Detroit Zoological Society is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide customer technical service, support and training for staff in audio/visual technology across the Detroit Zoo and Belle Isle Nature Center campuses. You will diagnose and resolve level one AV issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with IT staff and vendors while expanding knowledge of software and hardware as technology evolves.
Occasional travel to other DZS sites may be required.
