We are growing and looking to bring marketing in-house with a talented, strategic, and hands‑on marketing professional who can help elevate our brand, support sales initiatives, and drive engagement.
Position SummaryCoStaff is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to own and execute marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. This role is ideal for a well‑rounded marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution and is comfortable working cross‑functionally in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media (Linked In/Facebook/Instagram), and website content
- Create, update, and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales support content
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies, consultants, and service providers as needed
- Review and edit marketing content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy, including English-language adaptations
- Leverage AI tools to support content creation, optimization, and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
, preferably:- B2B marketing
- Managing and creating content for social media (Linked In, Facebook)
- Email marketing, including creating and scheduling campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics
- Experience with CRM systems;
Hub Spot experience strongly preferred - Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in professional services, HR, payroll, or benefits marketing
- Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting dashboards
- Comfort working independently in an in‑house marketing role
- Creative, proactive mindset with attention to detail
