Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Description & Requirements

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
  • Provide nursing care to patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
  • RN license in the state you work.
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving between patient locations.
  • Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
  • Ability to self-manage your time and schedule.
  • Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
  • Completion of a drug screen before employment, which includes testing for medical and recreational marijuana.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
