Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Royal Oak, Michigan.
- Specialty:

Ongoing - 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours

- Collaborate with the Hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
- Provide nursing care to patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas.
- RN license in the state you work.
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving between patient locations.
- Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
- Ability to self-manage your time and schedule.
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
- Completion of a drug screen before employment, which includes testing for medical and recreational marijuana.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
