Fresenius Medical Care in Royal Oak, MI is seeking a Transitional Care Unit Registered Nurse to support patients starting dialysis. The RN will coordinate education, assessments, and care plans for an assigned group of patients in the TCU, promoting safe, effective dialysis initiation and modality education.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program, holds an RN license, CPR/BLS certified, and has at least 2 years of nephrology nursing experience.
