* What You’ll Do:

*** Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
* Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
* Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing
* Support the medical team by keeping things running smoothly
* Help create a calm, welcoming experience for pets and their people

* What We’re Looking For:

*** A friendly, reliable, and compassionate team player
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Customer service experience (veterinary or medical background a plus, but not required)
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
* A genuine love for animals and people
* Someone excited about all the fun changes coming to us including cloud based PIMs, new logo, building updates and more!!
