Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.;
Learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available, and upsell products to guests.;
Must check guests accordance with state/federal regulations to verify minimum age for purchase of alcoholic beverages.;
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and, if required, contact management or security.;
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and ensure bar equipment is clean and well maintained; handle cash accurately.
