Responsibilities

* Customer service experience required, including greeting guests as they enter the restaurant

* Assist with restocking, trash disposal, sweeping and sanitizing tables

* Ability to uphold cleanliness standards in the dining room, patio, and bathrooms

* Proactively clear guest trays in the dining room

* Maintain a high level of professionalism

* Support team and guests with table touches

* Create and maintain eye contact

* Speak enthusiastically

* Make emotional connections with guest

* Proactively serve team and guest

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

* Reliable

* Positive attitude

Requirements

Applicants must:

* Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

* Communicate effectively with guests and team members

* Have reliable transportation

* Work standing feet for several hours at a time

* Have the ability to communicate effectively in English

* Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

* Have the ability to lift and carry approximately 20lbs

* Available Friday and Saturday, in addition to some weekdays

* Work well under pressure, independently, and in a team environment

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned
