Account Manager / Sales ExecutiveVRCG is seeking a professional, results-oriented Account Manager to support our continued growth. This role is responsible for selling current, in-demand vehicle inventory to franchised automotive dealers and rental car organizations across the United States. We provide comprehensive training, high-quality leads, and the operational infrastructure necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales of current vehicle inventory to dealer partners nationwide.
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain relationships with individual dealers and multi-store Dealer Groups.
- Establish and achieve structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Utilize VRCG’s proprietary CRM platform to manage accounts and opportunities.
- Conduct all interactions with the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Positive, professional demeanor.
- Prior dealership sales or management experience required.
- Strong customer orientation with a commitment to dealer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close transactions via phone, digital communication, and in-person meetings.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to build and maintain a substantial book of business.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Confidence in warm calling, opportunity qualification, and decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
- First-year earnings typically $150,000+, with significant upside potential and no earnings cap.
- Paid professional training.
- New Managers receive active customer accounts upon onboarding.
