• Interpret diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings for installations
• Ensure compliance with local and National Electrical Codes
• Lay out and install conduit, wire runs, light fixtures, and devices
• Manage inventory and track supplies effectively
• Practice safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure project success

• A valid State of Michigan Journeyman’s License
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Personal hand tools, work boots, and a hard hat
• Clean driving record and a current driver’s license
