Trademark Building Development is looking for a talented and motivated Carpenter specializing in trim and cabinetry work to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll detail and high quality installation of trim, cabinetry, and, to bring innovative residential and light commercial projects to life. • Installing baseboards, crown molding, casing around doors and windows, and stair railings.
• Aligning, hanging, and installing interior doors, pocket doors, and windows.
• Ensuring all visible woodwork is perfectly fitted, smoothed and ready for paint or stain.
• Ability to ready shop drawings and blueprints, measuring dimensions, managing materials and adhering to specifications.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, visible and aesthetically pleasing finished.
• Ability to troubleshoot structural irregularities and adapt plans to achieve the desired look.
• Support projects from initial concept to final construction with a focus on quality and detail.

• 10 years experience producing high level trim carpentry installing door, base, casing, crown molding, paneling, stair railings
• Familiarity with working in a clean and professional environment where conscientious work with attention to detail is critical.
• Experience working on high-end residential projects with diverse
• Experience in some rough framing and siding is a plus
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating drafting proficiency are required.
