Conducts safety inspections and repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems;
Repairs and maintains hospital equipment and furniture including carts, beds, wheelchairs, and fixtures;
Responds to emergencies, disaster response, elevator entrapments, and equipment shutdowns;
Orders parts and shop supplies; maintains and troubleshoots Pneumatic Tube System 24/7;
Maintains Building Automation Systems and coordinates with appropriate trades
