Maintenance Technician

• Timely completion of work orders and special projects
• Knowledge in HVAC
• Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
• Completion of apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair/replacement
• Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service‑oriented manner
• Diagnose problems and repair electrical issues
• Respond to all service requests, on‑call emergencies, as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, completing them in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times
• Perform housekeeping duties as required, including snow removal during winter months when needed
• Perform property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable

Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus. Availability for on‑call purposes and flexibility to work weekends when necessary are appreciated.

• 1–3 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
