We are seeking two Supervisors: (1) Independent Living and (1) ILP/YAVFC to support and develop a dedicated team of case workers as well as team leads, youth specialists and a life skills coach serving youth across the area. In this role, you’ll partner with a collaborative leadership team committed to mentorship, sustainable workloads, and meaningful outcomes for vulnerable youth.

- Provide weekly individual and team supervision
- Lead team meetings, training, and staff development
- Oversee child placement and caseload assignments
- Partner with courts and DHS to ensure compliance
- Deliver case management services including counseling and referrals
- Support youth involved in programs
- Attend court hearings and ensure timely, accurate documentation
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to case management staff
- Master’s degree + 1 year experience (preferred), or
- Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience (2 in child welfare required)
- Michigan social work licensure (preferred)
- Ability to provide on-call support as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
