We are seeking two Supervisors 1 Independent Living and 1 ILPYAVFC to support and develop a dedicated team of case workers as well as team leads youth specialists and a life skills coach serving youth across the area In this role youll partner with a collaborative leadership team committed to mentorship sustainable workloads and meaningful outcomes for vulnerable youth At Samaritas we believe in the power of connection bringing people families and communities together to create lasting transformation Rooted in our mission and guided by compassion we empower those we serve to live their fullest lives

• Provide weekly individual and team supervision
• Lead team meetings training and staff development
• Oversee child placement and caseload assignments
• Partner with courts and DHS to ensure compliance
• Deliver case management services including counseling and referrals
• Support youth involved in programs
• Attend court hearings and ensure timely accurate documentation
• Provide leadership guidance and direction to case management staff

• Masters degree 1 year experience preferred or
• Bachelors degree 4 years experience 2 in child welfare required
• Michigan social work licensure preferred
• Ability to provide on call support as needed
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
