Security Officer Part Time Gate Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, tenants, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorization for access, and maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, common areas, parking locations, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and support access-control procedures;
Communicate professionally with residents and visitors while helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintaining accurate activity reports
