Are you a Room Leader ready for the next step? We are recruiting for a unique Room Leader position that acts as a fast‑track pathway to management. This role is designed for an ambitious practitioner who wants to transition into a Deputy Manager role within 12 months.
The RoleBased in the Over 2s room, you will balance leading your team with learning the ropes of nursery management.
80% Room Based:
Delivering high‑quality care, leading the Over 2s team, and ensuring the EYFS curriculum is engaging and effective.
20% Management Duties: stepping up as Junior Deputy Manager to assist with office administration, staff supervision, and operational tasks.
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years.
Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or Third in Charge.
Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
A clear ambition to progress to Deputy Manager level.
