Nursery Room Leader (Level
3) – Tunbridge Wells – Up to £33,500 – Permanent
This nursery is a long-established part of the Tunbridge Wells community, caring for children from three months to five years in a setting designed to feel calm, welcoming, and purposeful. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully organised, with direct access to extensive outdoor areas and indoor garden spaces used throughout the year.
The role carries full responsibility for leading a room day to day, with clear expectations around consistency, care quality, and professional standards.
Before You Apply- Recent experience working as a Room Leader in an early years setting.
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
- Applicants must be confident leading a room independently and supporting staff practice.
- Salary: Up to £33,000 per year

- Plan learning experiences aligned with the EYFS and children’s individual needs
- Monitor development through observation and assessment
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards across the room
