Nursery Practitioner (Level
3) – Tunbridge Wells
Children spend their days moving between bright, carefully prepared rooms and a large, bespoke Early Years garden designed for exploration in all seasons. The role involves genuine responsibility for children’s care and development, with time to build secure relationships and work at a steady, thoughtful pace. The nursery is well established, close to the station, and known for its structured, consistent way of working.

- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
- Recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner is essential.
- This position is not suitable for unqualified or newly qualified candidates.
- Hourly Rate: £13
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Setting: Day nursery, Early Years
- Location: Tunbridge Wells, close to the train station

- Ability to work reliably within a structured team environment
- Provide consistent care and learning as a key person for assigned children
- Plan and support age‑appropriate activities in line with EYFS
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
- Observe, record, and support children’s development accurately
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep daily routines running smoothly
