Diagnostic / Master Technician

Basic Salary up to £45,000! OTE up to £57,000! Monday to Friday, No Weekends! Main Dealer Development! Tunbridge Wells Area

A well-established main dealer is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician or Diagnostic Technician to join its workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys tackling the complex jobs, and wants to work in an organised, well-supported workshop.

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics on complex vehicle faults
• Completing high-level mechanical and electrical repairs
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and accurately
• Supporting the wider workshop team with technical expertise
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintaining accurate job and diagnostic records

• Qualified to minimum Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Proven experience in diagnostics and complex fault-finding
• Previous experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary: £40,000 (Diagnostic Technician) / £45,000 (Master Technician)
• Bonus:
  Average £500-£1,000 per month
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm
