Night Pest Control Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of a well established commercial pest control provider looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to join their night shift team in London. This role is dedicated entirely to commercial clients, with a strong focus on the hospitality sector, and offers genuinely lucrative earning potential for the right person.

You will work nights only, managing a portfolio of commercial sites with minimal supervision. This is a role built for someone who is comfortable working autonomously, confident dealing directly with commercial clients, and able to represent the business professionally on site, often in front of very demanding, high profile customers.

At the top end of the pay scale, our client is looking for candidates with previous experience servicing high end flagship brands within retail or hospitality, someone used to the standards, discretion and professionalism these accounts demand. Overtime is unlimited and paid at time and a half, alongside a commission scheme, so earning potential well beyond the base salary is genuinely achievable.

• Delivering pest control services across a portfolio of commercial sites overnight, with a strong focus on hospitality venues
• Working independently, managing your own schedule and priorities across the shift
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with site managers and duty managers overnight
• Carrying out inspections, treatments and proofing work in line with industry best practice
• Maintaining accurate service records and compliance documentation for every visit
• Representing the business to a high standard on sites operated by well known, high profile brands

Pay Package

• Up to £45,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
• Unlimited overtime, paid at time and a half
• Commission scheme on top of base salary

• 20 to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, depending on length of service

• Minimum three years of pest control experience
• Proven experience working with commercial clients, ideally within the hospitality sector

• Comfortable and confident working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Happy to work nights only, on an ongoing basis
• Full UK driving licence
