• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in a workshop environment (independent garage, fast-fit center, or main dealer).
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine ambition to step up your mechanical career.
• A full UK driving licence
