• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time‑served equivalent).
• Proven hands‑on workshop experience in a garage or dealership setting.
• Eager, detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to complete manufacturer qualifications and hit efficiency targets.
• Valid full UK driving licence
