Vehicle Technician​/Diagnostic Specialist; Vag Specialist

• Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (Tailored from Service Tech through to Diagnostic Specialist)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (NO WEEKENDS | Enjoy every single weekend off)

Role Overview Seeking a Service & Diagnostic Specialist to join our main dealer workshop in Tunbridge Wells, carrying out routine servicing, mechanical repairs, electronic fault-finding, MOT prep, and hybrid/EV maintenance.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served experience)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in routine servicing, mechanical maintenance, or electronic diagnostics
• Positive attitude and a strong hunger to upskill into a certified VAG Diagnostic Specialist
• Full UK driving licence & own tools
