Job Shift: Graveyard
- Patient Care Oversight:
Assess patient needs, ensure individualized care plans are implemented, and monitor treatment delivery - Clinical Duties:
Administer medications and treatments per policy; receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders when permitted - Quality & Safety:
Enforce infection control standards, maintain patient safety, and address any urgent clinical or operational issues - Communication:
Liaise with physicians, administrators, and family members; ensure coordinated, comprehensive care - Documentation:
Ensure accurate, timely charting and compliance with electronic health record requirements
- Licensure:
Active RN license in Texas - Experience:
Minimum 3 years as an RN - Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; proficiency with EMR systems
