Alecto Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Plant Fitter (also suitable for:
Plant Engineer, Heavy Plant Mechanic, Mobile Plant Fitter, Construction Plant Technician, Service Engineer) to join a highly respected plant hire & equipment specialist based in Rugby. The work will be primarily workshop‑based, with occasional mobile jobs.

• Diggers & Excavators
• Dumpers & Rollers
• Telehandlers
• Petrol, Diesel & Electric Power Tools
• Small Plant & Light Construction Machinery

This role is for someone who loves problem‑solving, fault‑finding, and keeping machines running smoothly.

• Experience in construction plant maintenance
• HGV, agricultural or forklift engineering
• Diesel engines, hydraulics, electrics, or diagnostics
• Workshop or field‑based mechanical repair
