Vehicle Technician - Rugby

Our client, a reputable and well-established dealership in Rugby, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team.

• Monday to Friday working hours with Saturdays on a rota (1 in 3, 8:30am – 12:30pm)
• 30‑minute lunch break included

• Conduct vehicle servicing and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Perform mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately
• Carry out vehicle inspections and identify necessary work
• Ensure all repairs and servicing are completed in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Support the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service and quality workmanship
• Assist with additional duties as required to maintain workshop performance

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop
• Strong mechanical understanding across a variety of vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Demonstrable capability to undertake all aspects of vehicle servicing and repair work, excluding diagnostics
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
