Groundworker

FINISHING GROUND WORKERS REQUIRED – RUGBY

Gangs | Pairs | Single Operatives Welcome

We are recruiting finishing ground workers for an ongoing site in Rugby. All setups considered – full gangs, pairs, or single operatives.

Gang Structure (where applicable)

A full gang consists of:

* 1 x 360 Excavator Operator

* 2 x Ground workers

Pairs and single, experienced ground workers are also welcome to apply.

Job Role & Duties

* Finishing groundworks to a high standard, including:

* Kerbing and edgings

* Block paving and flagging/paving

* Footpaths and hard standing

* Fencing and boundary treatments

* Ducting and final drainage connections/gullies

* Top soiling, seeding, and landscaping finishes

* Reading and working from drawings/setting-out details

* Ensuring finished work meets specification and Building Control standards (where relevant)

* Working closely with site management to maintain programme

Skills & Qualifications Required

* CSCS card (essential)

* Proven experience in finishing groundworks (kerbing, paving, fencing, ducting)

* CPCS/NPORS 360 ticket (for operators only)

* Ability to work accurately to line, level, and falls

* Own PPE and hand tools

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a small team or independently

* Full right to work in the UK
