Multi skilled Maintenance Technician Middlesborough £35,000 to £40,000 per annum plus van and fuel card Are you multi skilled with experience in new build housing and remedial work? Job Role & Responsibilities:
Complete all remedial work for new build housing Work will include joinery, plaster patching, filling, painting Drive to various locations in the Northeast region to carry out remedial work Ensure quality is to the highest standard Work independently following a work sheet, uploading completed works Keep accurate stock of the van and tools ensuring the vehicle is clean and maintained Work to tight deadlines Work will be in occupied houses so excellent customer service skills are needed Company Details Renowned house builder Office located near Middlesborough but will cover the Northeast region Long term work Knowledge/

Experience:
