24 Social Care is looking for reliable, child‑focused workers to supervise family time between children and their families. You will ensure sessions are safe, positive, and follow each child’s contact plan.
- Supervise and support safe family time sessions
- Encourage positive, child‑centred interactions
- Keep accurate, factual session notes
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns
- Communicate professionally with social workers and carers
- Experience working with children or families
- Strong safeguarding awareness
- Clear communication and report‑writing skills
- Calm, professional approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
