Overview
Job Title: Kitchen Fitter
Location: Mobile - Cannock & up to 1 hour travel radius
Contract: minimum 5 months work, potential to go permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £25 per hour (CIS)
Perks: Contract / Perm options available, can offer price work, mileage paid, plenty of overtime available
About the RoleBuild Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out Kitchen Upgradesupgrades and general maintenance.
Responsibilities- Carry out a variety of kitchen upgrades across our contracts based in the Midlands.
- Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.)
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits
- NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery / kitchen fitting
- Previous experience inkitchen fitting, across social housing or private
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Own a van
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
- Weekly pay
- Various pay options - PAYE / CIS / pricework
