Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, procedures, and medication administration within the LPN scope of practice.
• Assist nurses and providers during exams and clinical procedures, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery.
• Document patient condition, care provided, and follow-up needs accurately in the medical record.
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and report concerns promptly to the RN or provider.
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered environment by applying Exceptional Patient Experience principles in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum New graduate or experienced nurse from an accredited practical nursing program
• Licensed Practical Nurse NM
• High School Diploma or GED
• BLS
