Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Ar Rumaythiyah. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities- Develop project plans, obtain necessary permits and licenses, and manage budgets and resources.
- Coordinate schedules and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
- Freshers with relevant degrees or certifications are encouraged to apply.
