Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve outstanding items
• Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting
• Support inventory accounting, cycle counts, and physical inventories
• Prepare sales tax filings and annual 1099 reporting
• Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Work with leadership on special projects and process improvements

• Associate's degree in Accounting (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• ERP experience required (Sage 100 is a plus)
• Solid understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
