SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVES

Toyota of Runnemede is currently looking to hire multiple Automotive Service BDC Representatives! PREVIOUS

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE OR BDC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED! A strong customer service /

sales background with a proven record of performance and job stability ARE REQUIRED! We are offering a

competitive base pay PLUS bonuses and an industry leading benefits package.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• You will make outbound calls following up with customer inquiries and future retention (100 - 200 calls daily)

• Organized and ambitious self-starter

• Enthusiastic personality

• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred, but not required

• Ability to provide quality customer service

• Computer literacy

• Prompt & courteous

• Professional personal appearance & excellent verbal/written communication

• Must have clean & valid driver's license

• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer

experience.

Requirements

• You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer-facing service or telephone contact.
