Job Description

Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. The position is structured to provide hands‑on rotations in various departments, allowing you to develop leadership skills and gain experience in outside sales, production/warehouse management, office management, and service management. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced managers and prepare for future career advancement within the company.

• Rotate through departments to immerse yourself in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development programs, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

• Co‑op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles.
• A business or related academic major.
• A leadership or management role on campus or in extracurricular activities.

• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Base salary estimate: $61,000 per year. The salary range is based on skills, experience, and business needs.
