What You'll Do

• As an installer, you'll transform our clients' homes by installing beautiful custom closets, garage storage systems, home offices, pantries, flooring, and cabinetry.
• Every day is different, and you'll leave knowing you've built something that makes a real difference in someone's home.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets, garage cabinets, flooring, shelving, and organization systems
• Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards
• Work closely with teammates to provide an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or installation experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Pride in producing high-quality work and excellent customer service

Compensation: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
